STUDENT ADMISSION PROCEDURE

ONE. GENERAL

One. Common roots

• Admission of students to the College of Construction and Technology shall be subject to the “Student Admission Procedure” approved by the Minister of Education, Culture and Science Order No. A / 79 of March 18, 2013 and other relevant legal acts and this regulation.
• The main purpose of higher education diploma and bachelor's degree programs is to recruit and train people with secondary or higher education and to prepare qualified personnel with knowledge and skills to study at the next level and further independently.

• In case of work not regulated by this regulation, the director of the College of Construction and Technology shall make a decision.
• The Student Admissions Committee shall be guided by the Law on Education, the Law on Higher Education, this regulation, and the school admission procedure.

1.4. The main purpose of the student recruitment work is to objectively assess the general education level, knowledge, skills and talents of the examiners and to select people who are able to study successfully in the future.

1.5. Student enrollment shall be organized in the following stages.

• The examiner shall take a general examination of this procedure.
• 5.2 Entrants must score in Mongolian language and mathematics that meet the threshold set by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.

1.6. Student enrollment activities shall be transparent, fair, inclusive and equal.

TWO. REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRANTS

• Applicants with at least a high school education who wish to enroll in the College of Construction and Technology must have passed the IELTS in 2017 and 2018 in the subjects specified in 2.2, and have scored more than 400 points in the Mongolian language and IELTS.
• The following table shows the general exams for the majors / majors being prepared at the College of Construction and Technology and the courses required to enroll in those majors:

• Урьд нь дээд болон тусгай дунд боловсрол эзэмшсэн хүнийг дараах мэргэжлээр бакалаврын зэрэг олгох сургалтад суралцуулна. Үүнд:
  • Барилгын инженерийн 2,5 жилийн сургалтанд барилгын техникч болон барилгын бусад мэргэжлээр дээд боловсролтой хүнийг элсүүлнэ.
  • Цахилгаан инженерийн 2,5 жилийн сургалтанд цахилгааны техникч болон цахилгааны бусад мэргэжлээр дээд боловсролтой хүнийг элсүүлнэ.
  • Хүнсний инженерчлэлийн 2,5 жилийн сургалтанд хоол үйлдвэрлэл үйлчилгээний техник технологич болон химийн чиглэлийн мэргэжлээр дээд боловсролтой хүнийг элсүүлнэ

•  The registration of those wishing to enroll in the College of Construction and Technology shall be organized by the school building and the student enrollment sub-committee.
• Элсэхийг хүссэн хүмүүс бүртгүүлэхдээ дараах материалыг бүрдүүлсэн байна.

These include:

• General Admission Test Certificate;
• Certificate of Education,
• Diploma,
• identity card.

FOUR. REGISTRATION OF ENTRANTS

• Applicants for the College of Construction and Technology from the local area will be able to register in person at the school on August 25-30, 2018. The following documents must be submitted for registration.

These include:
• Voucher to study at the College of Construction and Technology;
• Basic or high school diploma or equivalent;
• General examination certification;

•    Иргэний үнэмлэхний хуулбар;
• 3x4 size, 3 photocopies;

Technical secondary education

                        Complete secondary education or vocational education certificate

Primary vocational education

Students with a basic education certificate or 10th grade graduates will be accepted.
